On February 18th, the Asmara Theater hosted the concert “Novecento Italiano al Cinema: Morricone, Rota, Marianelli,” performed by the duo of Maurizio Baglini (piano) and Silvia Chiesa (cello). For over twenty years, they have performed at major international events, with a vast repertoire, particularly chamber music.
The concert was organized in collaboration with the Commission for Culture and Sports of the State of Eritrea.
During their stay, the two musicians held a Masterclass of Piano and Cello at the Asmara School of Music.
